Refund and Cancellation Policy

Lifeline Multi Speciality Hospital, Asansol

At Lifeline Multi Speciality Hospital, we aim to provide transparent and patient-friendly services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Registration Fees

  • The registration fee of ₹100/- is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.

2. Appointment Booking

  • Consultation appointment fees are refundable if the appointment is cancelled within the permissible time frame as per hospital guidelines.
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable bank/payment gateway charges.

3. Diagnostic Test Booking

  • Payments made for diagnostic tests are refundable upon cancellation, provided the test has not already been conducted or initiated.
  • Refunds will be issued after deduction of bank/payment gateway charges, as applicable.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (bank account, card, UPI, etc.).
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on banking procedures.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Registration fees
  • Tests or procedures already conducted
  • Missed appointments without prior cancellation

6. Policy Updates

Lifeline Multi Speciality Hospital reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
